“ Sinead deserves 10 stars if I could! Above and beyond with a scissor cut for my very particular husband as well as her customer service and demeanor. My husband has been jumping around here & there looking for a solid barber that’ll do a great job, take the time to evaluate the cut all while charging accordingly for the service. We’ve tried high end places where a scissor cut was 60 but he blew through the service in 15 minutes and we’ve explored other places that give a decent cut but the customer service was less than to be desired. NOT HERE!!! The first time we tried to book - unfortunately everyone was booked up so next time my husband was in need of a trim I called ahead and this is where Sinead shined! She greeted us when we walked in and was on time for the appointment, so off to a fabulous start already. Once hubs was in the chair she did a very through consultation with him, asking about length and style and gave advice in regards to the type of cut he was looking for but how to verbalize it correctly so no errors were made with another barber in the future. She took her time with trimming, making sure he was comfortable with the length as she worked, especially important since it was her first time working on a new client. She was engaging in conversation but not overly so where you feel like you were in a grueling interview - conversation was smooth and easy. I watched as she trimmed around the ear and made multiple adjustments to ensure a natural look and she was very focused on getting the shape correct that was natural to the way the hair naturally laid down. The cut looks perfect, no hair out of place and he walked out feeling refreshed and renewed. Overall I would say hubs has finally found his perfect barber and hopefully you have too! Just make sure to call ahead / make an appointment! ”
